Our mission is to provide friendly, reliable, and quality clothing alteration and repair services. We aim to create a welcoming and accessible space where individuals of all backgrounds feel valued and represented. We are dedicated to delivering exceptional craftsmanship, affordable options, and creating a positive impact on both our customers and the community.
Shop History
Pins and Needles has served the Wenatchee Valley for over 40 years. Services have changed throughout the years from basic alterations, to wedding alterations, then to custom wedding gowns. After a while, custom wedding dresses were no longer offered, but home and vehicle upholstery was added.

Carl and Jessica Knowles purchased in July of 2022 with the goal of continuing to provide alteration services to the valley and surrounding areas. With the new owners, we no longer do upholstery but are adding back in custom work during certain times of the year. We look forward to working with our community to support each other and build a better future.

The shop has been in it's current location since 2019, and prior to that was just down the street. The processes and procedures used in the shop have been in place for decades to ensure no garments are lost, damaged, or altered incorrectly.
Future Goals and Dreams
We are looking forward to joining and supporting more community activities and events, such as Pride and Two Rivers Medieval Faire. We believe that being a part of the community means supporting community events and organizations.
